Virtual therapy for women who are weary from relentless intrusive loops, the weight of anxiety, and the strain of holding it all together while quietly struggling. It’s time to trade the mental gymnastics for greater peace of mind.
For women who are tired of OCD and anxiety turning their brain into a nonstop cycle of overthinking, reassurance-seeking, intrusive thoughts, and mental exhaustion and are ready for a clearer, gentler path forward.
You are probably the person in the room who has it together. Good job, good relationships, a calendar that runs on time. And then there is the other part. The one that loops and checks and never quite settles, no matter how many times you have already addressed it. You have Googled it at midnight. You may have even tried ERP and decided that was a hard no. What you need is not more information. You need a process and someone who has helped women exactly like you follow it all the way through.
Therapy is not about becoming a different person. It is about helping you spend less time trapped in fear, compulsions, and mental loops
You stop needing constant reassurance or endless mental reviewing before making everyday choices.
You feel more emotionally available and connected instead of mentally checking, analyzing, or spiraling.
Thoughts begin to lose their grip so your routines, relationships, and day-to-day life feel less controlled by anxiety.
Instead of feeling confused by your thoughts, you begin understanding how OCD and anxiety operate and how to respond differently.
You will not be left wondering where therapy is going. Treatment is collaborative, intentional, and designed around meaningful progress.
Support for intrusive thoughts, compulsions, checking patterns, reassurance-seeking, and the exhausting mental loops that can quietly take over your day.
Therapy for successful, professional or high-achieving women experiencing chronic worry, overthinking, life transition stress, perfectionism, and emotional burnout.
A research-backed approach to OCD treatment that helps you understand how obsessional doubt forms without relying on exposure-heavy exercises.
You got here by doing what you always do, figuring things out on your own. The consultation is just a conversation. No pressure, no commitment, no intake forms. Just 15 minutes to see if working together makes sense. I am genuinely interested to hear what has been going on.
Many clients arrive knowing something feels wrong but not knowing what to call it. These are some of the areas we help people navigate:
All OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) themes including harm, contamination, checking, symmetry, and relationship OCD, treated with specificity and depth.
Persistent worry, avoidance, and on-edge feelings that are exhausting your relationships, your sleep, and your days.
When a major chapter, grad school, a career shift, a move, brings your symptoms loudly to the surface.
The reassurance-seeking and worry that follow you into the relationships you care most about.
Unwanted, repetitive thoughts that feel alarming but do not reflect who you actually are at all.
The second-guessing and mental loops that follow high-achieving women straight into the workplace every single day.
I built this practice to help women move from “holding it together” to living in their power. I work with high-achieving, professional women, typically in their 20s through 40s – those who are hitting every mark on the outside while running on fumes internally. Our work together is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply human, complete with the humor that makes hard work sustainable.
The Approach: We use a structured treatment plan with tangible goals. My mission from session one is to make myself unnecessary by giving you the tools to become your own expert.
A True Partnership: If you’ve been looking for a therapist who is as invested in your results as you are, you’ve found her.
I’m really glad you did.
Early sessions focus on understanding the full picture of your life, including your symptoms, relationships, stressors, routines, support system, and the patterns impacting your mental health.
Together, you will work through a structured treatment process designed to reduce obsessional doubt, build insight, and help you respond differently to anxiety and compulsive patterns.
This is what we are working toward. Not just fewer hard days, but a life that actually feels like yours again. You begin to trust yourself fully. You keep moving forward. You carry what happened. It no longer carries you.
No. A lot of people actually come to me because they tried ERP before and thought, “I absolutely cannot do this.” I primarily use I-CBT, which is a gentler, evidence-based approach to OCD treatment that focuses more on understanding how obsessional doubt gets created in the first place rather than jumping straight into exposures. ERP can still be helpful in some situations, but it is not where I typically start.
I-CBT stands for Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is an evidence-based treatment for OCD that helps people understand how OCD pulls them away from reality and into imagined possibilities and doubt. One of the reasons I love it so much is because it helps people reconnect with who they actually are underneath the OCD instead of feeling completely consumed by it.
Insurance coverage can vary depending on the state you are located in and the insurance plan itself. We can talk through your options during the consultation call and figure out what makes the most sense for your situation.
My private pay rate is $145 per session. Sessions are 55 minutes long. If you plan to use insurance, coverage and out-of-pocket cost will vary depending on your specific plan and location.
The first couple sessions are really about understanding your whole ecosystem. I want to know what has been going on, how OCD or anxiety is showing up in your life, what your relationships and support system look like, what stressors are present, and what you actually want life to look like moving forward. If OCD symptoms are present, I may also use the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale to better understand what is happening.
I tend to be pretty solution-oriented in my approach. My goal is not to keep people in therapy forever. I want us to create a treatment plan, follow the process, and help you get to a place where OCD and anxiety are no longer running your life. Everyone is different, but many clients experience meaningful improvement over time as they move through treatment.
No, but OCD treatment is definitely my specialty. I also work with generalized anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, reassurance-seeking, life transitions, and the mental exhaustion that can come from constantly feeling “on” all the time.
Yes. I provide virtual therapy for clients located in Florida, Texas, and Virginia.
